Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager for a temporary assignment of 3 to 6 months. The successful candidate will support our project management team in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic project environment and contribute to meaningful project outcomes.
· Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
· Track project progress and milestones, providing regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
· Help to identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
· Coordinate project activities and ensure that all team members are on track with their assigned tasks.
· Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, project reports, and change requests.
· Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
· Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering) is preferred.
· 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
· Experience with Microsoft Project is required. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
· Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.
· A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and tools.
· High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
