Job Description
The Social Media Manager owns the day-to-day strategy, execution, and performance of social media across client accounts. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into platform-relevant content, ensuring consistent execution, and driving measurable impact. You are not just posting content—you are managing brand presence, community, and momentum across social channels for a variety of clients.
In addition to owning organic social media execution, this role is also responsible for managing all influencer and paid social efforts across client accounts. A significant component of the role includes leading influencer strategy, partnerships, and execution, as well as overseeing paid social planning, coordination, and performance in collaboration with media and account teams. This includes ensuring influencer and paid social programs are strategically aligned, well executed, and driving measurable results for clients. Success in this role requires strong organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and clear communication.
