Job Description
The Creative Director is the visionary responsible for driving creative excellence across all brand touchpoints. This role owns the brand’s visual and verbal expression, ensuring every output aligns with the organization’s brand vision, brand promise, and long‑term business goals. The Creative Director leads, inspires, and collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver innovative creative solutions that strengthen market position and elevate audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative concepts across multiple channels
- Translate strategy, insights, and data into compelling creative ideas
- Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and prioritization
- Ensure creative deliverables align with timelines, budgets, and project scope
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving brand landscapes
- Partner with leadership to refine and evolve the overall creative vision

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of creative leadership experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand‑level creative work
- Deep understanding of brand systems and design thinking
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in an EOS‑driven organization is a plus
