Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruiting for trailer and diesel mechanic roles
Own recruiting efforts for an assigned region, developing targeted sourcing strategies
Actively source, screen, and engage skilled trade candidates using creative and proactive approaches
Drive progress on aging requisitions and high-priority roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand regional needs and talent challenges
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday
Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and market feedback

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience recruiting skilled trades, mechanics, or similar hard-to-fill roles
Strong Workday recruiting experience
Ability to work independently and manage a regional requisition load
High sense of urgency with a results-driven mindset
Confident, assertive communicator who is not passive or timid
Willingness to “dive in and figure it out” in a fast-paced environment
