Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Program Manager to join our team, supporting enterprise data initiatives focused on Member 360 and Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing integrated roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery of data-driven programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data platforms and governance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex programs with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional software development programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
• Drive execution across multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with a focus on delivering product and business outcomes.
• Manage integrated program roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Track and Deliver concise executive-level updates, risks, health and progress reports.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption of new data capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Proactively identify gaps, unblock dependencies, and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Draft and distribute effective meeting minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of blockers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in program management within data, analytics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and cloud architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and migration best practices.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
