One of our top clients in the Northwest Arkansas area is seeking a talented Senior Analyst of Modular Execution to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting merchandising execution and ensuring optimal product placement and space utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Management: Oversee Fresh Grocery, Dry Grocery, and Consumables categories to align with market trends and consumer demand.
Space Planning: Create detailed floorplans, process modulars, and address space excellence tickets efficiently.
Task Management: Clock in/out and work on accomplishing daily project lists according to dynamic business goals.
Time Allocation:
60% on crafting precise floorplans
30% on resolving space-related queries (tickets)
10% on updating modular layouts

- Proficiency with JDA Space Planning Software: Experience with JDA or similar tools such as AutoCAD for drawing floorplans and modulars.
- Space Planning Expertise: Ability to create and optimize space plans; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Merchandising Knowledge: Understanding of merchandising principles and strategies to enhance product placement and sales.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles to analyze and optimize space planning from a financial perspective.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using customer support tools like Salesforce to manage and resolve tickets.
- Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and merchandising experience may be considered in lieu of direct experience with JDA.
- Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
