The Senior Program Manager will oversee and manage complex programs related to indirect procurement and finance. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of procurement processes, as well as financial management and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both procurement and finance, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and manage large-scale programs related to indirect procurement and finance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize procurement processes and financial management.
Procurement Management: Oversee indirect procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Financial Management: Manage financial aspects of procurement programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement and financial activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program objectives.
JIRA Management: Utilize JIRA for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of program milestones.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Lead and manage procurement and finance programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and financial management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program objectives.

Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on indirect procurement and finance.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with JIRA for project management and task tracking.
Knowledge of procurement software and financial management tools.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
