We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of a mobile application for Facility Maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of store operations and mobile product innovation, and who can drive impact across vast retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with Facility Managers and store operations teams to understand pain points and translate them into product requirements
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, UX, and data to deliver intuitive mobile-first solutions
Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility
Ensure seamless integration with existing tools and systems
Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement
Communicate product updates and milestones to stakeholders across geographies

Proven experience in core product management disciplines: roadmap planning, user research, backlog grooming, and agile delivery.
Background in store operations or facility management, preferably within a retail environment.
Demonstrated success in mobile app product management, with a focus on user-centric design and performance.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
