We are seeking a highly skilled and technical Product Manager with 4-6 years of experience to join the International organization in the Inventory and Flow Optimization pillar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, the ability to run complex queries, and proficiency in Python scripting. This role requires a deep understanding of simulation optimization, flow availability, capacity constraints, and the ability to identify and alleviate pain points within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and enhancement of our data-heavy simulation optimization product.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions and improvements.
Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
Write and run Python scripts to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address flow availability and capacity constraints.
Identify and prioritize product features based on user feedback and data insights.
Ensure smooth integration of new features and enhancements into the existing product.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on data-heavy products.
Supply chain experience.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with simulation optimization and flow optimization.
Understanding of flow availability, capacity constraints, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
