Responsibilities:
Develop and implement optimization models using Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) and Linear Programming (LP) techniques.
Utilize Python and Groovy for coding and building optimization solutions.
Leverage tools such as Gurobi and Google OR-Tools to solve complex optimization problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored optimization solutions.
Conduct operations research to identify and solve optimization challenges.
Design, develop, and maintain optimization software to enhance performance and scalability.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Continuously improve and optimize existing models and algorithms.

Proven experience in Linear Programming and Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP).
Strong background in operations research and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in Python and Groovy programming languages.
Hands-on experience with optimization tools such as Gurobi and Google OR-Tools.
Ability to code and build optimization solutions from scratch.
Advanced degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience in developing large-scale optimization software.
Familiarity with other programming languages and optimization tools.
