Insight Global's top retail client is seeking a Sr. Manager, Store Social Operations. As Sr. Manager, Store Social Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving progress for the client's Store Social program. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the program's operations, brand safety (including crisis and governance), associate social reporting, and strategy optimization. You will also be working as a project manager for the Store Social program's evolution. Your work will enable the team to tell the powerful story of this social media program, empowering store associates to create and share brand-safe social media content that humanizes the company, builds affinity at the local level, and drives growth for our business. You’ll be part of a dynamic team and be surrounded by social media experts focused on delivering impactful business outcomes and customer experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Operations, Business, or related field
3-5 Year of Experience in social media, corporate communications, public relations, or otherwise relevant area
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
Outstanding project management skills and ability to show ownership, appropriately prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to build relationships quickly, influence without direct authority, and work collaboratively across functions with both peers and leadership.
Ability to operate effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Strong judgment/ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

1+ Years supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams
You love social and working at the speed of social
You love working with people and teams
Deep experience in Meta platforms
Deep experience in leading project work and moving it forward
Experience using Sprinklr or other related SMM platforms/technologies
