Job Description
We are seeking an experienced JDA Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support solutions built on the JDA / Blue Yonder supply chain and retail platform. This role supports mission‑critical retail systems such as pricing, inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, and store execution, operating at high scale and high availability.
The ideal candidate has strong backend development skills, experience with enterprise retail or supply‑chain platforms, and a solid understanding of distributed, event‑driven architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and support solutions on the JDA / Blue Yonder platform
Design and implement integrations between JDA modules and external systems such as:
POS systems
Pricing engines
Inventory and fulfillment platforms
Build and maintain backend services supporting retail and pricing workflows
Develop and support PL/SQL procedures.
Process and manage high‑volume transactional and pricing, retail data
Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Participate in system design reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
Ensure solutions meet enterprise availability and compliance standards
Contribute to continuous improvement and technical debt reduction

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience as a JDA / Blue Yonder Developer or in a closely related role
Strong experience developing enterprise backend applications, especially PL/SQL based procedures
Solid understanding of retail domain and pricing domain concepts
Experience working with large‑scale, distributed systems
Strong experience with: Blue Yonder Pricing Solutions, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, Unix shell script
Experience with ETL data transfer pipelines, Unix shell scripts
Experience with event‑driven architectures (Kafka or similar messaging systems)
Experience integrating complex enterprise systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment practices
Experience supporting high‑availability, production‑critical systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working directly with Blue Yonder SaaS platforms
Experience with Kafka or enterprise messaging systems
Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud platform.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana)
