Insight Global is partnering with a leading defense client to support a high‑visibility, mission‑critical initiative. This Agile Delivery Lead will play a key role in driving execution and delivery outcomes across teams. The role requires a seasoned agile delivery and planning resource to establish standard agile practices, strengthen planning and execution rigor, and provide actionable, data‑driven insights. Success in this role will enable predictable delivery, effective capacity management, and alignment to a feature‑based release cadence while improving operational maturity at scale.
Compensation: $55-70/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ Years as an established Agile Delivery Lead within a large enterprise environment (GOV / Defense industry specific highly preferred)
- Experience supporting infrastructure automation / DevOps teams delivering automation solutions (e.g., IaC, CI/CD, automation operations)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security configuration workflows
- Demonstrated experience leading agile delivery and program‑level planning across multiple teams
- Strong, practical expertise in Jira and Confluence configuration, administration, and reporting
- Proven ability to establish and enforce backlog management, sprint planning, and task‑level tracking
- Deep understanding of agile delivery metrics, including velocity, throughput, cycle time, capacity, and predictability
- Experience managing cross‑team dependencies and supporting coordinated delivery efforts
- Hands‑on Power BI experience building delivery, capacity, and executive‑level dashboards
- Ability to translate delivery data into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence teams and leadership without formal authority
- PMP / CSM / RTE certifications
