Job Description
A large Utility Company is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support the Distribution Design team within Transmission & Distribution (T&D).
This individual will act as a right-hand partner to a T&D Supervisor, playing a critical role in coordinating project activities, supporting communication across stakeholders, and ensuring design workstreams stay aligned, organized, and on track.

Required Skills & Experience
Entry-level experience in a project coordination, administrative, or support role
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting project tracking, reporting, or coordination efforts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Interest in growing within Transmission & Distribution or design services
Exposure to utilities, energy, or infrastructure projects
Background in residential construction, design coordination, or similar environments
