Job Description
Design, develop, and integrate engineering and production test systems for Raytheon products
Create and review schematics, interface assemblies, cabling, and technical drawings
Perform circuit design and analysis, including:
Power analysis
RF chain analysis
Error budget analysis
Select, integrate, and troubleshoot factory and laboratory test instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, network analyzers)
Develop and support test interface adapters and mixed‑signal/RF interconnects
Participate in full test product lifecycle activities—from concept through deployment and sustainment
Manage technical scope, cost, and schedule for assigned test projects
Work independently or within cross‑functional, multidiscipline engineering teams to identify and resolve design, integration, or implementation issues
Support both lab engineering environments and factory production test systems
Coordinate closely with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering partners

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field plus 8+ years of relevant experience
OR Advanced STEM degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
Secret Clearance
Electrical Engineering Expertise
Analog, digital, and/or RF design at the subsystem or system level
Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot drawings and schematics
Test Equipment & Instrumentation
Hands‑on experience with factory/lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, network analyzers, etc.)
Design Tools
Experience with Creo Schematic, Mentor Capital, Altium, and/or DX Designer
Software & Communications (Foundational Knowledge)
Ability to read and follow code in C/C++/C#
Familiarity with computer hardware interfaces and protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, RS‑422, Ethernet, SPI, CAN
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience controlling test instrumentation using: LabVIEW, SCPI commands or similar frameworks
Experience designing and integrating complete test systems, including: Analog, digital, mixed‑signal, and RF systems
Test interface adapters and production test platforms
Advanced experience with: Mixed‑signal and RF cabling
Interconnect drawings and detailed technical documentation
Prior experience supporting factory production test environments in addition to engineering labs
