Remote - IT Business Analyst (IT BA)

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our centralized IT services. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with members of the campus IT community, understanding their needs, and translating those insights into actionable strategies.

-At least 3+ years of Business Analyst experience

-Higher education work experience

-Understanding of IT Ecosystem: You should have a solid understanding of the IT landscape, including various technologies, processes, and best practices.

-IT Service Management (ITSM): Understanding ITSM practices, such as incident management, problem management, change management, and service level agreements, is valuable.

-Documentation Skills: You'll be translating discovery information into detailed documentation. Proficiency in creating organized and comprehensive documents is necessary.
