Our client is looking for a Tier 3 Retail Systems Analys to join their team. This individual will act as a subject matter expert for the client's Enterprise Financial Systems. The individual will provide operational support and process improvement for enterprise systems and software. Additional responsibilities are shown below:
* Develop, test, and deploy accounting and retail applications to address critical business needs.
* Utilize advanced SQL skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
* Monitor and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring compatibility with corporate infrastructure.
* Collaborate with accounting teams to address changing business requirements.
* Coordinate communication, planning, and resource management for system implementations.
* Provide on-call support for accounting and reporting systems.

* 5+ years of experience with retail systems (Ex: PDI, Relex, NCR, Radiant, Verifone, etc)
* Experience with application support specifically within retail, hospitality, or the c store space
* Extensive SQL experience, specifically running queries
* Experience with SQL Management Studio, specifically being able to look at a SQL script and know what is going on
* Excellent analytical, organizational and customer service skills; must be detail oriented with an ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
* Experience working with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
