Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the consolidation of the clients Microsoft environment, including Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure. This role involves coordinating with the clients Program Manager and other workstreams/project managers to facilitate the rapid consolidation of two domains into the new environment. Coordination of technical resources and activities, documentation and clear understanding of client priorities will be critical to the success of this project. Key responsibilities are shown below:
Create and maintain the project plan, timelines, and milestones.
Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support teams participating in the project.
Provide regular updates on project status and gather feedback.
Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team.
Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Collaborate with IT specialists as needed on required tasks.
Identify potential challenges and understand their impacts
Address concerns and present solutions.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
