Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization's car wash digital ecosystem.
Partner closely with Loyalty, Digital, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Evaluate and improve the current fragmented car wash experience, identifying opportunities for growth, simplification, and modernization.
Develop business requirements and translate them into actionable product and technical solutions.
Drive the creation and evolution of subscription and membership-based car wash offerings.
Own customer-facing experiences across mobile applications, web experiences, POS systems, kiosks, and other integrated technologies.
Analyze customer behavior, business performance, and operational data to inform product decisions and prioritize investments.
Build business cases and recommend future investments, enhancements, and vendor solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to establish long-term product direction and support planning for future fiscal-year initiatives.
Lead roadmap prioritization, backlog management, feature definition, and cross-functional execution.
Identify opportunities for quick wins while simultaneously driving long-term transformation initiatives.
