Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled technical and functional expert, with expertise in Oracle EPM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM, Planning, FCCS, Narrative reporting and capital planning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and managing the EPM environments.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Oracle EPM Components, and other software technologies.
Integrate EPM with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Provide functional expertise in EPM modules to support business processes and requirements.
Perform data provision, integration, and deployment activities.
Develop and maintain EPM relevant solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPM applications and integrations.
Support creating SmartView templates/retrieval sheets and financial reports.
Support month-end closing and fiscal year end closing.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM. Solution design, Implementation, and Support of various Oracle EPM Cloud/On-Prem products.
Experience in developing, designing, analyzing, and implementing various applications using Oracle EPM, and other such as Hyperion Reports.
Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing EPM solutions.
Worked on financial reporting systems and Decision Support Systems.
Strong experience in creating ad-hoc queries, business analysis/models, and reports.
Prior experience maintaining and updating queries, reporting, configuration tables, exception handling, and data quality/control.
Experience responding to RFPs, Orals, Client workshops, and PoCs as and when needed.
Good Domain experience in Semiconductor or technologies preferred, other related industries will also be considered.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile methodology).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions/configuration.
Experience in providing trainings and support for end-users if required.
Excellent collaborative and client relationship skills.
Strong experience in updating calc scripts, business rules, web forms and reports.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for EPM development and deployment.
