Job Description

Consultants will be taking inbound client calls to support our clients technology products (Payroll, HR, Benefits)
Upon conversion, consultants will be assigned a book of business to support specific clients
Interact with external clients via telephone and email communication to best advice on their companys payroll needs
Build relationships with set clients and get to know their business on a deeper level/ take a consultative approach
Act as a business partner and consultant to solve client issues or concerns and take a proactive approach to potential future needs
Consultants will be fully trained on the payroll process and all product offerings within this space prior to conversion

Prior success in client-facing roles (e.g., retail, account management, client service, or industry-specific experience)

HR, payroll, or benefits experience in any capacity
