As a Full Cycle Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
-Strategic Recruitment Plan: Execute the strategic recruitment plan, tailoring hiring stages based on each position's requirements.
-Job Descriptions and Interview Questions: Craft job descriptions and interview question kits.
-Candidate Data Management: Organize candidate data and all communication in a centralized platform.
-Recruitment Metrics Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
-Hiring Goals: Set hiring goals, including timeframes and deliverables.
-HR Events: Organize HR events such as job fairs, career days, and in-house recruitment events.
-Sourcing Candidates: Source candidates both online and offline.
-Professional Communication: Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout the entire process.
-HR Practices Review: Review HR practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the recruiting process.
-Assessment Methods: Establish assessment methods to test candidates on job-related skills (e.g., computer skills tests, role-playing activities).
-Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
