Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and track facility maintenance requests and vendor work through a third-party management system
Direct and monitor vendor personnel, ensuring repairs, maintenance, and emergency needs are completed
Maintain building operations including utilities, cleanliness, and safe working conditions
Manage warehouse inventory, procurement, and supply distribution across locations
Perform quality control checks on materials (including temperature monitoring for storage)
Load and unload supplies using equipment such as forklifts as needed
Maintain company vehicles, ensuring proper equipment, cleanliness, and operational readiness
Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, and DOT compliance for fleet vehicles
Maintain driver compliance records and documentation for CDL/CMV requirements
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies
Day-to-Day
Coordinate facility, warehouse, and fleet operations for an assigned location
Act as the main point of contact for work orders and facility needs with third-party vendors
Monitor building conditions, utilities, cleanliness, and overall maintenance
Manage supply inventory levels, restock, and coordinate deliveries across departments
Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials
Support vehicle fleet by ensuring compliance, maintenance, and readiness
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain efficient operations

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or GED
Valid in-state driver’s license
At least 6 months of related experience
Strong communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills
Ability to read and follow procedures and instructions
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work flexible shifts and in a team-based environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Warehouse or inventory management experience
Experience with fleet coordination or DOT compliance
Forklift experience or certification
CDL Class A/Class B
Prior experience with Workday as an inventory management tool
