ERP Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a cloud-based ERP implementation. This PM will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving delivery across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors during a multi-phase ERP rollout. Candidates must have hands-on ERP project experience and be able to clearly explain what system was implemented, their role, and the outcomes.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-based ERP projects, from initiation through implementation and stabilization
- Drive project planning, scope management, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and ERP vendors to gather requirements and align delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive readouts, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate testing, training, and go-live readiness activities
- Track risks and mitigation plans; escalate issues as needed to keep delivery on track
- Support governance activities such as change control, documentation, and milestone reporting
- May assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination (budget ownership is helpful but not required)

- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Direct ERP implementation experience (cloud-based strongly preferred)
- Examples: Workday, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Infor, or similar enterprise ERP platforms
- Experience working with ERP vendors or system integrators
- Experience managing projects involving cross-functional business and technical teams

- Public sector or government project experience
- Budget oversight or cost tracking experience
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments
