Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for the overarching administration of the Workday
application. As an administrator this role will participate in release activities including reviewing, testing,
and implementing upgrades and patches. Supports Risk Management and IT Security by protecting the
integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. Collaborates with the security team to ensure Workday
security configuration and administration is up to date with current security standards. Works closely with
internal partners to maintain Workday Business Process Configuration and Configurable Security, ensuring
system compliance with company policies and industry standards. The person in this role is a trusted
advisor, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, recommend and
implement process improvements, identify and assess cross functional impacts, offer end-user support
through a ticketing system, including root cause analysis, new release management, assists with creating
and maintaining training materials and documentation. Develops and executes a strategy for continuous
improvement of processes and functionalities and ensure the critical issues are being addressed in a timely
manner.

- Minimum of 3 years or more of relevant experience in Workday administration required
- Demonstrated ability to design and solution new integrations with Workday as needed
- Workday Certification in one or more modules required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workday business process framework, calculated fields, configurable security, and advanced reporting required
- Strong experience with Workday Integration toolset
- Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Relevant background in HCM, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Finance systems heavily preferred
- Experience of Azure DevOps is a preferred
