Job Description
We are seeking an Automation Architect with deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP Finance (Procure-to-Pay / FICO) to lead automation strategy, design, and execution for large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end automation frameworks, ensuring scalable, reusable, and high-quality test coverage across critical business processes.

Required Skills & Experience
-Architect-level experience with Tricentis Tosca
-Strong expertise in SAP Finance (FICO) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
-Proven experience building end-to-end automation frameworks in enterprise environments
-Hands-on experience with:
-Model-based test automation
-Reusable automation design
-Data-driven testing strategies
-Strong understanding of SAP integrations and financial workflows
-Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or modernization initiatives
-Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines with Tosca
-Strong stakeholder communication skills (business + technical alignment)
-Create and manage Tosca Execution Lists / Test Sets for: Development test runs & Regression cycles
-Execute automated test runs and monitor test stability and performance.
-Analyze results and generate detailed execution reports, including: Screenshots, Timestamps, Supporting test evidence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience in healthcare or regulated enterprise environments (e.g., CVS/Aetna)
-Knowledge of test management and reporting tools
