A large company based in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for additional Fleet Implementation Managers to join their growing team. In this role, the FIM will be responsible for training customers, technical and non-technical staffs, and 12V low-voltage sub-contractors on proper installation and use of the company's fleet products. This individual will need to be a strong communicator, as their cross-functional collaboration with technology decision-makers and program managers will be crucial in assisting and monitoring all software implementation lifecycles. This individual must be a quick-learner, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, as well as a team player, with a desire to be in-person working with others. This position requires 100% travel to locations across the US; therefore this individual does not need to sit in Arizona, however it is recommended that they reside near an airport.
Day to Day:
Customer coordination and field commissioning test execution.
Provide accurate and timely project deployment reports.
Assist customers with the necessary customizations while keeping track of all software implementation lifecycles.
Produce precise network diagrams and documentation for network communication system design and planning.
Consult with program managers and decision-makers in the field of technology after the sale, such as command staff, sheriffs, and chiefs of police.
Educate customer technical and non-technical staff members as well as 12V low-voltage subcontractors on how to install and utilize the entire line of company's fleet systems and components correctly.

Mid-level understanding of basic 12-volt electronics (basic wiring diagrams, DC circuit theory, possess mechanical dexterity and troubleshooting skills)
Will be supervising and quality checking install of cameras and systems into fleet vehicles
Understanding of implementation (systems software, Windows operating systems and applications software, hardware, and/or configurations)
Very strong communication skills
Ability to travel 100% of the time to locations across the country.
Extremely sharp and driven. Self-sustainable and able to understand the goals and communicate current status
Emergency Vehicle Technician or similar ASE Electronics certifications
Experience as a Military electronics technician
Experience with A+, Network + or equivalent
Cradlepoint Network Associate and Cradlepoint Network Professional certifications
