Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Tester to join one of the largest medical weight loss practices in the U.S. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for writing and executing test scripts for quality assurance, integration, regression, and E2E testing. The Salesforce Tester will also be responsible for fixing and improving the Salesforce Health Cloud Configuration. Other responsibilities include:
-Test Salesforce Automation
-Conduct analysis, develop strategies, and execute test cases through function maps
-Increase the integration of Salesforce with existing data
-Fix bugs with the aid of a Salesforce Admin
-Test the outcome before submitting
-Perform ongoing documentation throughout the development process
-Constantly communicate with Salesforce administrators to prepare for support issues
-Send product updates, specify product issues, and execute integrations to meet business needs
-Examine results and track issues by conducting user acceptance testing
-Make daily progress reports and implement solutions and pending issues

-3-5 years of experience testing in the Salesforce Ecosystem
-Experience using Copado Robotic Testing
-Experience developing automated tests for regression testing
-Experience with either Jira or Confluence
-Comfortable completing automation and manual testing
-Comfortable writing test scripts and test cases
-Comfortable partnering closely with development teams
-High School Diploma
-Salesforce Administrator certification or another related certification
-Experience with Health Cloud
-BS in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field
-Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Deve
