This role will support approximately 5 projects simultaneously, including: Campus Migrations to FCB Network, O365 Migration, End User Migrations, Data Center Migration, Commercial Bank Application Migrations.
Specific duties of the Project Specialist for each of the assigned projects
Weekly maintenance of Corp Project Office Finance/Resource Tracker
Monthly Capital Expenditure Reconciliation
Monthly maintenance of unused Estimated Total Costs of projects across the portfolio in Clarity
Create monthly cost plans/reports in Clarity
As Needed / Requested:
Submit invoices to Invoicing Systems and Clarity
Research issues with project financials
Add new resources to projects in Clarity
Periodic 1:1 meeting with project PMs to discuss the project financials
Organize project related review meetings.
Sounding board for PMs when they have questions or concerns

- 5+ years of deep experience with Clarity or similar Portfolio & Project Management platforms
- Experience working with Project Managers and CPO leaders
- Project Financials, invoice processing, resource allocations and managing project cost plans
- Extremely detail oriented with a proactive mindset
- Experience with Campus Migrations, O365 migrations, end user migrations, data center migrations, commercial bank application migrations
