What You’ll Do
Own and maintain end‑to‑end program schedules across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing
Keep key milestones on track, from EVT and DVT through PVT and production ramp
Proactively identify schedule risks and critical path issues, escalating early when needed
Ensure cross‑functional dependencies are clearly understood and well aligned
Support planning and preparation for design reviews, build readiness reviews, and executive updates
Coordinate prototype builds, test events, and validation activities
Track engineering action items and help drive timely closure
Partner with hardware and firmware teams to keep system integration on schedule
Maintain issue logs and support structured problem‑solving and root cause tracking
Serve as a key program interface with Contract Manufacturers (CMs)
Track tooling readiness, material availability, and build schedules
Coordinate NPI milestones with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering
Monitor long‑lead components and support mitigation and contingency planning
Maintain program dashboards, status reports, and executive‑level summaries
Document program risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans
Facilitate recurring cross‑functional meetings and decision forums
Ensure stakeholders have clear, accurate, and timely visibility into program health

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience of project/program management within a high-growth manufacturing company
Proven success in product lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with various team and internal/external stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to robotics, embedded systems, or elecro-mechanical products
Experience supporting NPI or manufacturing builds
CAPM or interested in pursuing PM certification
