Job Description
The Pricing Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration. The Pricing Analytics Manager will lead pricing initiatives, optimize pricing models, and ensure consistency and compliance across all pricing activities.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and market trends
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing decisions support broader business objectives.
- Provide expert pricing advisory support during client negotiations and strategic planning sessions
- Conduct regular evaluations of pricing frameworks to assess performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Monitor the functionality and accuracy of pricing systems, identifying areas for enhancement and troubleshooting issues
- Uphold pricing governance standards to maintain consistency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Prepare and present pricing reports to senior leadership, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
4+ years of analytics experience specific to price optimization, revenue management, pricing analyses, or related vertical
Strong communication skills with the comfortability to collaborate across various internal stakeholders
Proficient or Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master's Degree
Pricing strategy experience in construction or logistics industry experience
