Job Description
As the Pricing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and support revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the use of advanced pricing tools and analytics to ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
Champion the use of the PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management platform, helping to configure and sustain dynamic pricing models.
Contribute to pricing initiatives including competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and price optimization efforts.
Perform regular evaluations of pricing frameworks to assess performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure pricing decisions support broader business objectives.
Uphold pricing governance standards to maintain consistency and compliance with internal policies.
Monitor the functionality and accuracy of the PROS system, identifying areas for enhancement and troubleshooting issues.
Support senior leadership in pricing strategy and provide mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration and reporting within the pricing platform.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
4+ years of professional experience in pricing or finance focused on revenue management, observing market trends, and strategic planning
Experience conducting pricing analyses as well as creating strategic plans to impact an organization
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and make recommendations to high level leadership and internal stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master's Degree
Statistical Data or methodology practices in relation to market testing
Proficiency in Python or R
PROS Software experience
