Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Manager to join a leading healthcare provider, specializing in Medical Weight Loss and Men/Women's Health. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels and programs. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and on brand. The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of integrated campaigns, oversee asset approvals, and supervise day-to-day workflows within the Marketing Department. Other responsibilities include:
Project Execution & Campaign Oversight
• Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and deadlines.
• Lead day-to-day coordination of campaigns across paid media, email, digital, social, print, and in-location channels.
• Work with the CRO to ensure projects are executed in alignment with business goals and brand standards.
Project Management & Workflow Coordination
• Collaborate with project managers in Jira to track campaign progress, task dependencies, and resource assignments.
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to stakeholders across departments.
• Monitor campaign milestones and facilitate adjustments to maintain momentum and accuracy.
Asset & Content Management
• Manage the review and approval process for marketing assets with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
• Organize final materials and maintain an asset library for campaign reuse and scalability.
Team Leadership & Quality Assurance
• Provide direction and support to internal team members to ensure consistent output and adherence to project goals.
• Deliver feedback to foster growth, improve execution, and maintain a high standard of quality across deliverables.
Analytics & Reporting
• Collaborate with the CRO to track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for optimization.
• Contribute to marketing reports and post-campaign evaluations.
Process Improvement
• Identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies; recommend solutions to streamline operations and scale output.
Budget Oversight & Vendor Coordination
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring spend aligns with strategic goals and delivers ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and creative alignment.
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor proposals and contracts as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing Department and other departments including Operations, Clinical, Retail, and IT.
• Gather input from stakeholders to align marketing strategies with organizational initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging.
Brand Development & Messaging
• Ensure all campaigns uphold and enhance Red Mountain’s brand identity, tone, and values.
• Support ongoing brand development by incorporating market feedback, trend analysis, and evolving audience needs.
Internal Communications Support
• Assist with internal communications initiatives such as employee engagement campaigns, training rollouts, and announcements.
• Partner with leadership to support clear and engaging communication of marketing-related updates across teams.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and test new marketing platforms, automation tools, and best practices to improve performance and efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
• Fulfill additional requests from management as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
-5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or campaign operations required.
-1–3 years of experience managing or supervising a team preferred.
-End-to-End Marketing Execution: Ability to translate strategy into action and deliver integrated marketing initiatives aligned to business goals.
Integrated & Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience across core channels (digital, social, email, paid) with strong website, UX, SEO, and conversion optimization knowledge.
-Project Leadership & Data-Driven Mindset: Proven success managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders while using performance data to guide decisions and maintain brand quality.
-Must be ok working Hybrid schedule with Tues/Thurs in office at Scottsdale HQ.

-Previous experience working in a healthcare related field.
