The role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations. This includes leading the planning, design, and execution of test cases across various functional areas such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials. The individual will manage end-to-end testing cycles, encompassing unit, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaboration with Workday functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders is essential to validate requirements and resolve defects. The role also involves establishing and maintaining detailed test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and traceability matrices. Where applicable, the candidate will implement automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency. Monitoring testing progress, reporting key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones are critical to the success of this position.

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in Workday ERP Testing
Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.)
Proven experience managing testing teams and large-scale ERP projects
Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
