A large nonprofit employer in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join their testing team. The Automation Engineer is going to be responsible for designing, building, executing, and maintaining automated tests to validate functionality requirements for application system releases. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for performance testing.
Core responsibilities for this role include defining, documenting and evolving automation processes, establishing best-fit automation frameworks for applications, identifying areas to expand/improve on automation objectives, and providing mentoring/training on automation best practices to testers. This individual should exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills and actively participate as a test and project team member.

- 5+ years of experience using automation tools and frameworks for functional UI-focused testing
- Experience in automated test design, execution, troubleshooting, defect management and results reporting on various levels of the application
- A thorough knowledge of tools such as Microfocus ALM and UFT and experience with virtualized test environments
- Performance testing understanding, experience with NeoLoad preferred
- Proficiency in organizing, prioritizing, and executing variable workload items and competing priorities
- Must be able to work as a part of a team and provide solutions to their current needs
