Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Quality Systems Engineer to join a growing team supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. This role leads the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO, IATF, and other standards. They manage internal and external audit activities, including preparing for certification audits and driving corrective actions from audit findings. The engineer oversees CAPA processes, conducting root cause investigations and ensuring effective resolution of quality issues across manufacturing. They collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams to integrate quality system requirements into operations. The role also monitors quality metrics, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and aligns with global teams to maintain standardized quality processes and certification readiness. This role can pay between 118K - 149K based on an evaluation of relevant YOE and education level.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
7+ years of quality engineering or QMS experience in manufacturing
Strong experience with QMS, including IATF/ISO compliance, audits, and certification processes
Hands-on experience with Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)
Proven background in CAPA, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving (Six Sigma preferred)
Experience working cross-functionally in high-volume manufacturing environments (production, engineering, quality)
