Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Planning Engineer to support IT investment planning, budgeting, and overall technology operations for a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee IT infrastructure health, manage on‑site devices, and maintain accurate hardware and software asset records. The engineer will also support purchasing activities, coordinate with global IT teams, and ensure smooth execution of IT systems and projects. Candidates should have a technical degree, at least one year of IT or manufacturing systems experience, and the ability to work flexible hours to support both U.S. operations and collaboration with teams in South Korea. Strong communication skills, data analysis capability, and bilingual English/Korean proficiency are preferred. This role can pay between 75K-95K based on an evaluation of relevant YOE and education level.

1+ years of experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing Systems field
Experience with IT planning, infastructure, and asset management.
Bilingual in Korean
