Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team and provide technical support for our Prescott and Cottonwood locations. The IT Technicians provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organizations desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. Configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network printers and multifunction devices. Troubleshoot and provide audio and visual support for events. This work is done in person, remotely, by telephone, or via e-mail in a timely and accurate fashion. This is a typical Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule and a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role for at least 4+ years including hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.

Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Experience with Active Directory specifically user and group management.

iPhone and Ipad troubleshooting experience.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel between Prescott and Cottonwood locations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with enterprise Applications, including:
Microsoft M365 (SharePoint, Teams)
RSA SecurID
Microsoft Authenticator
Microsoft Software Center Console Management (SCCM)

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
