A client in the financial services technology industry is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its CTO organization. The Project Manager (PM) will report into the Program Leader for the Gen AI Enablement office and will be responsible for helping guide initiatives related to enabling Gen AI use cases (not necessarily the use case delivery itself) across the organization. They will identify gaps and bottle necks in the project road map, help develop project plans, and ensure that the scope and approach are fully understood by all partners as enablement gaps and road blocks are brought to light and a game plan is put into action. They must also be skilled in documentation and have the ability to create presentations and documents that report key information and communicate these to a wide-ranging audience. Experience handling rapidly changing requirements and calmy managing escalations is key for success in this role.
