Job Description

A client in the financial services industry is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Agile Champion to join its CTO organization. The role of this TPM will be to act as Scrum Master to two major teams, following SAFe framework and scrum ceremonies. This person will also lead capacity planning sessions and other meetings as needed. Candidates should have strong experience managing Engineering teams and be familiar with web technologies. This individual must have the ability to handle escalations from both Product and Engineering teams and handle professionally and accordingly.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years' experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master

Strong experience with web technologies and Engineer teams

SAFe Agile experience

Experience in financial services technology industry preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to understand technical terminology

Strong experience creating decks/documentation related to technology
