Job Description
Our client is seeking a Tax Operations Coordinator who will be supporting the tax team by coordinating the processing of tax returns and related workflows, enabling tax professionals to focus on preparation and review. This individual is responsible for setting up and maintaining clients and projects within internal systems, managing engagement letters, and ensuring timely filing of tax returns and extensions. The TOC monitors IRS rejections, tracks project progress, and provides reporting to help tax professionals effectively manage their workload. They also coordinate the delivery of returns to clients, assist with administrative questions, and ensure clients have access to necessary documents. This role partners cross-functionally to improve internal processes, enhance client experience, and supports additional projects as needed. This role will pay $25-28/hr.
