High School diploma or GED and six (6) years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources-related experience; OR
Bachelors degree and three (3) years of Talent Acquisition /Human Resources-related experience
Employment law principles as they apply to recruiting/hiring practices
Ability to pivot and support thirty (30) multi-discipline vacancies, and engage with varying hiring managers and HR staff members
Knowledge of common recruitment processes, procedures, and sourcing techniques
Additional Details:
Candidate needs to be highly organized and attentive to details
Must be able to multi-task, reprioritize based on urgency of business needs and work well in a deadline driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with technology, business and applicant tracking systems
