Insight Global is looking to hire a System Application Support Analyst to join one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the US. This position is responsible for supporting the operation of our Supply & Service Resource Management (SSRM) system applications. In this role, you will provide general support, manage user provisioning, support the system application support engineers as needed, and carry out application security policies. Other responsibilities include:
System Configuration and Maintenance:
-Collaborate with system application support engineers, application developers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration of enterprise-wide supply chain applications with other applications both internal and external.
-Support the design, testing, implementation of enterprise-wide application upgrades, patches, and
enhancements.
-Support the thorough testing for all deployments and process changes, providing timely and specific feedback to developers to ensure successful implementation.
-Monitor system health, performance and security.
Issue Resolution and Risk Management:
-Resolve application related Tier 1 help-desk tickets by implementing timely and effective solutions.
-Work in an agile environment to document and track reported issues, resolutions, and workarounds in a structured manner.
-Manage risk and escalate complex issues to senior staff members or management as needed, ensuring a swift and efficient problem resolution process.
-Support the performance of root cause analysis and diagnose application issues, working closely with
enterprise-wide cross-functional teams
-Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service for end-users.
User Access and Security:
-Manage user access to enterprise-wide supply chain applications and ensure permissions and security protocols.
-Enforce data security policies and procedures to protect sensitive healthcare information.
User Support, Training, and Communication:
-Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise-wide supply chain applications, addressing user queries promptly through multiple channels.
-Conduct user live training sessions at the enterprise, regional, and facility levels for initial deployments, major enhancements, and new users.
-Maintain and support comprehensive documentation, including testing scripts, support procedures, user guides, troubleshooting manuals and pre-recorded walkthroughs.

-Technical experience working in Salesforce/making improvements to Salesforce
