Job Description

A company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their team. As a senior Project Manager, youll lead and coordinate all aspects of a $5 billion construction project. You will be Collaborating with stakeholders during plan development, providing technical expertise, and estimating budgets. Responsibilities will also include Managing subcontractor bids, contract negotiations, and compliance. This role is a Senior level position, looking for 15+ years of industry experience. The Salary range for this role is between 150-200K but will be dependent on experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States

Required Skills & Experience

B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field
15+ years of commercial construction project management experience
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year of employment)
Proficient in project manager software
Proficient with cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports
