Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join a Large Manufacturing client in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely with Director of Operations Finance. This individual will be seen as the Head of Finance for this specific plant. It will be vital for this individual to build relationships with team members throughout the entire plant. It will be common for this Sr. Financial Analyst to be walking the plant floor to better understand the production flow of the plant. Responsibilities are tied to supporting the monthly forecast cycle. On the front end of the cycle, the responsibilities will include forecasting of budgets as well as spend allocation. Next, this individual would be responsible for the analysis of Current Month Actuals. The accounting requirements will be handled by the Controller. The Sr. Financial Analyst will finalize the forecast by reviewing with leadership. Lastly, the back half of the cycle will consist of project driven analysis around difference existential impacts on the Plant financially. This role will be heavily cost focused when it comes to analyzing financials and accounting documents. This position will be onsite 5 day a week onsite role.
