The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, team oriented, and has the ability to work independently and under time constraints to meet customer expectations. You should have continuous improvement experience, along with successful practice implementation. Collaborate closely with management and customers to execute service objectives and achieve team goals.
Maintain equipment and process performance to meet customer specifications on a daily basis.
Collect and analyze tool data to enhance equipment capabilities and performance.
Provide professional support and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Engage in continuous learning through training resources and hands-on experience to improve troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.
Foster professional relationships and maintain clear, effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical AAS Degree or Higher within a relevant engineering field
10+ Years of direct experience supporting Dry Etch Tools
Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience working on sustaining teams
Experience with Gas Delivery Systems, Vacuum, and Process Controls Software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Fluent/Conversational in Mandarin
