Job Description
This role owns the end‑to‑end project management of high‑volume retail store signage and in‑store marketing across ~1,700 stores. The Senior Creative Ops PM is highly independent, takes full ownership of projects from brief to print, and ensures work moves quickly, stays organized, and gets out the door on time.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑driven role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced retail environments, can manage multiple stakeholders (creative, marketing, vendors), and is comfortable operating with little to no budget flexibility. Success in this role requires strong follow‑through, urgency, leadership presence, and confidence working with Creative Directors, Senior Managers, and Executives.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong, independent project ownership — able to read a brief, understand the ask, plan the work, and execute without heavy direction.
Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with retail marketing, store signage, or print production.
Hands‑on experience using Workfront or similar project management tools (Wrike, Monday.com, Asana, etc.).
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage many projects at once.
Strong follow‑through and stakeholder communication — comfortable chasing details and making things happen.
Ability to work quickly, stay flexible, and manage changing priorities.
Comfortable presenting updates and managing conversations with Creative Directors, Senior Managers, and Executives.
Strong leadership presence; capable of influencing without direct authority.
Experience working across agency and in‑house creative teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Direct experience managing high‑volume store signage programs.
Deep familiarity with print production timelines and vendor coordination.
Experience in retail or multi‑location environments.
Background in Creative Operations or Creative Project Management leadership roles.
Experience managing projects with limited or fixed budgets.
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where ownership matters more than process documentation.
