Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for complex projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical systems, components, and equipment for new and existing products.
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Create and review schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Perform simulations, calculations, and testing to validate designs.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development and production phases.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of electrical engineering experience in the industrial industry
Familiar with relevant standard (IEEE, NEC, etc)
Strong knowledge of power systems, circuit design, and control systems
Extensive background in medium voltage systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PE licensure
