Overview:
Were seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the development and support of DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines that enable secure, automated, and scalable software delivery. This role will partner with application teams, enterprise architects, and security to drive modernization efforts and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines across multiple development stacks.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architecture and Delivery teams to modernize applications and pipelines with a cloud-first approach.
- Administer Azure DevOps Services, Atlassian Cloud (Jira/Confluence), and other DevOps tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Guide teams on DevOps standards, automation, and secure development practices.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor DevOps and QA metrics.
- Mentor team members and promote DevOps adoption across delivery teams.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in development and deployment workflows.

- 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in application development and DevOps.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or Jenkins administration.
- Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines with YAML, automated testing, and security scanning (SAST, DAST, SCA).
- Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
- Experience with modern development frameworks (e.g., Python, FastAPI, Node.js, Angular, React, Java, .NET).
- Skilled in Power BI for reporting and visualization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tools like SonarQube, Invicti, GitHub - Advanced Security, Lucidchart, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes.
- Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert certification or similar.
- Background in financial services or regulated industries.
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience.
- Familiarity with governance processes, technical reviews, and architectural compliance.
