Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Staff Engineer for one of our clients in the Phoenix, Arizona area. As a Salesforce Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable integrated solutions. The successful candidate will balance engineering and architectural duties, offering technical leadership across several scrum teams while actively participating in code reviews, solution design, and platform innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
Solid understanding of Salesforce customization and integration patterns
Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and enforce coding standards across multiple scrum teams
Experience with API scalability and integration best practices
Comfortable performing code reviews, evaluating new tools/products, and advising on architectural decisions
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Local to Phoenix, AZ or willing to be onsite as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) projects and integrations
Previous experience supporting large-scale Salesforce environments (4,500+ users)
Background in digital transformation or platform modernization initiatives
Growth mindset with the ability to pitch ideas and influence platform direction
Prior experience as a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead
Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle
